Ordinary teachers:-These teachers are the institutional teachers whose main aim is to please the institution and the students' interest are secondary for them.They never care whether the pupils understand their teachings or not. Their duty is to cover the syllabus in a stipulated time.Preparing the pupils for the examination is none of their concern.When the higher percentage of failure is questioned they will answer with out any reluctance that the reason is the neglegence on the parents and the students or the question papers are on the difficult level.They are very keen in getting the pay hike and the promotion.They are of no use to the society.They do only ordinary work.there is no dedication or hard work. They never have any passionate belief in his students talents. How then they make the school to emerge as the best school
Best teachers:-These teachers show interest in students' learning skill.They take all efforts to help the children to learn the lessons and clear their doubts.They have all knowledge in what they teach and periodically upgrade their knowledge to answer any questions the students ask.Their role never go beyond the class room but interested at the students' improvement in studies.They spend less time in imparting moral education to their wards.Their main aim is to impart all the knowledge that they acquired and become happy to see their students in unlocking their potentials in a most exciting manner.Their greatest joy in teaching is to see their learners to grow in knowledge,skills and confidence.
Exceptional teachers:-These teachers have good reputation in the local community.They will have the desire to improve their academic efficiency. They have involvement in the social life of the community and have genuine interest and love for the children whom they teach.They make positive impact in the community beyond the class room. These exceptional teachers treat not only the students, learning under them as their own, but also all the other students also.They spend their own earning to help the poor students.However much difficult the journey to reach the school they never grumble and reach in time.They are the role models to their students and others in the profession in following the punctuality.Individual care is taken for each every child and give a patient hearing to their problem.They maintain a friendly attitude towards the children and their parents whenever it is necessary, so that they can approach the parents to discuss and solve the problem.When giving respect to the students opinion they come nearer to them.For example while announcing the study holidays and schedule for the special classes, the teacher must collect the students'opinion and must decide. if their suggestions are not acceptable the teacher must explain the reason for it and the students must be made to understand it clearly before accepting the change with satisfaction.Not only with the students but also with the parents the teachers must interact freely.Social awareness and improvement must be correlated with the subjects they teach.Science teachers may teach how the inventions have helped the society to march forward and now what society need to improve and how the students may offer their role.Moral education can be taught along with language and environment studies.While taking classes on great personalities teachers may high light their contribution to this community and there by sowing the seed to imbibe noble and high aims.
From being an ordinary teacher to becoming an incredible global teacher should be the noble vision of the teachers.They must greet the children with smiling and happy heart.
