Elders duty

Today's children are tomorrow's wealth.Today's Elders of today are not going to live long in future, but they can lay the foundation for a strong and healthy society which in turn help to emerge a good nation.Future world will raise out of the contribution of today's people.These elders must mold the children towards their attitudes,values,visions and ideals.If we do so, changes will occur slowly though not in overnight.Once if the changes started to occur the people will think correctly,judge carefully and develop the courage to follow their conviction.

Attitudes matters:-Attitude is like a magnet.Possessing good attitude attracts all positives in life and bad attitude attracts all negatives in life.If a child is helped to develop good attitude towards everything, then the whole atmosphere around him become a heaven.All positive energy will eminate. A child with good attitude will never find a bad thing in any person.In Mahabharatha duriyodhana was asked to find out a good person,after searching for long he could not find out a single good person in the whole world, where as yudhishtra was asked to find out one bad person,but he could not find out even a single bad person.He saw in every person one thing or the other was good.Here this story tells that with what attitude we see that it matters.A child with good attitude will not blame others for the failure of execution of any work.If he is not getting the things he asked from his parents he will not get angry or disappointed ,rather he will analyze the reason.He never show a frowning face,rather he will have smiling face which makes the situation pleasant.A happy person makes others too happy,where as a negative attitude create discomfort not only to him but also for all the people around him.The bond between the relatives and friend are strengthened if you have a good attitude .There won't be any quarrels or egos.Every problem will be solved by mutual understanding and there will be peace alone exist.With a peaceful members in the society, the nation too become peaceful.On the other hand a negative person will find only negative aspects in every thing.Always discontented,and displeasure will rule high,quarrels will end in fights among the members and egos will reign high.There won't be any peace either in the family ,society or in the nation.Relationship will be strained and growth or improvement will be hampered.Attitude of gratitude is something that desperately needs to be cultivated in our hearts,our homes and our society. Its presence brings a host of other blessings. A grateful person is a loving person. person who seeks to gratify and bless others,while an ungrateful personis bent on gratifying himself.A grateful person has God's blessings where as an ungrateful person can't enjoy the God's blessings because he does not have a contented heart and always he expects more and more.He never enjoys happiness from what he gets,so he never be thankful to God.So from the the very young age one has to be taught to be grateful.Even for small benefits he receives he must be thankful to the giver.Let the children be thankful to their parents and teachers with out whom what they are to-day.They must realize this.If this attitude is developed,no parents will be sent to the old age home.Even a pencil a child gets from a friend he must thank him.In any function gifts are given and it  must be returned with thanks at other function when the receiver of the gift hosts.We are all debtors and we repay those debts with grateful hearts and words of thank giving It is not enough to feel gratitude in our hearts but it must be communicated to those to whom we are indebted. 

compassion,generosity,honesty,kindness,integrity,politeness,perseverence,self control,and respect are the wealth to be inherited by the children from their parents.Such children will make the nation a respectable one among other nations.Every other nation will vyve eachother to get good relationship with this nation .If the relationship is good the trade will develop and the economy of the nation will be in ascending line.What else is needed other than the stable,strong nation for a peaceful living.
While growing as an adult,every child must be helped with good vision as  the greatest asset to decide what they want to be.A frame work has to be evolved to reach their set goal.If they have such visions in their personal life then in future while they enter the public life,or administrative field ,they can draft out easily any plan for the growth of the nation.This future wealth of the nation are the greatest assets.So parents of today please accumulate good values,good attitude and good vision for your children rather huge property.Wealth will come automatically for good attitude persons.
If you dream that your children must turn up as the good citizens, please you stand as their role model.What all to be avoided ,you avoid first before you advice to your children. Reading habits to be cultivated means you must have that habit.Your children are always copying you whether it is good habit or the bad habit. Atleast once in a day the elders must sit with the family for meals or dinner and frankly discuss the matters in the family or in the society, then only the proximity will develop.
