A teacher is one  is not a physical form,but helps others to acquiretalented,enthusiastic,attentive,calm,cheerful,honest and cheerful.A teacher may be your friend,your relative,your well wisher or sometimes may be an unknown person.There are many teachers like parents,school teachers,social reformers,and religious leaders. knowledge, competence or values.As we come across the word A TEACHER most of our mind perceives only a school teacher , but apart from them there are others who emulate us in our life. As we grow we come across great personalities in the society  such as Mahatma Gandhi,A.J Abdul Kalam, Dr.Radhakrishnan,swami vivekananda and many more.Some help you to acquire knowledge,some help you to enhance your competence and some guide you to get your life values.Every one is sent to this world with all skill and the teachers work is to find out that skill or knowledge which is already embedded in man and help to bring it to the surface.As swami Vivekananda said,"Education is the manifestation of perfection which is already in man"The word TEACHER stand for talented,enthusiastic,attentive,calm,cheerful,honest and cheerful.A teacher may be your friend,your relative,your well wisher or sometimes may be an unknown person.There are many teachers like parents,school teachers,social reformers,and religious leaders.
Parents:- Parents are the first educators in a child's life.Parents play a key role in shaping the child's character. Child's learning scale is highly related to how they are treated at home.Before going to school a child is at home and naturally they imitate, what all the parents  doing.If a child has to read he need not be asked to read, just if the parents have the habit of reading books or newspapers at particular time, the child also automatically follow that habit.Hence the parents must stand as the living model for their children.The daily routine right from waking up from the bed,bathing,eating manners,dressing,greeting the guests,treating their  elders, all have a great impact.Hence the parents must follow discipline in every work in what they do.The importance of following one's own culture is very important.In dress and food the parents must follow the codes.In celebration of festivals and marriages the  rituals play a dominant role.Nothing must be neglected or eliminated.Nature of food has great impact on shaping up the character. A sathvic food leads the life towards higher direction.All vegetarian food with less oil limited salt and chilies do wonders in moulding the charterer. In olden days how the rishis took fruits and vegetables and acquired the highest spiritual powers.The moral fear towards doing undesirable things must be inculcated right right from their young age.A friendly atmosphere should  be there between the parents and children.When the children do any mistakes, they should not be reprimanded with harsh words or beatings instead they must be made to realize with the proper advice and tell them how their life will be affected.Affection with the school is created only by the parents by their good remarks about the school.Teachers:-Right from the entry in the primary school the teachers' role in a students' life is immeasurable.The bond which is created here does not stop with the end of schooling but it continues over years through out their life time.Teachers role is as friend,counselor,and guide.Once a child is put under the tutelage the teacher must treat them as their own children.That is why in olden age even the princes were sent to gurukulas. Here they learnt the discipline,and how to give respect to teachers and elders.As all the children irrespective of their social status lived together they had no social stigma.An average teacher tells,a good teacher teaches,a normal teacher explains and a great teacher inspires.A teacher must be enthusiastic. the students must feel free to approach them at any time to clear their doubts or get help to solve their problem.He must honor the students rights and at the same time manage the class room effectively.The passion for teaching and good rapport with the parents are important.With clear knowledge over the subject he must be ready to clear any doubts regarding the subject.He must communicate in such a clear language that the students must understand easily.Above all he must love his students  as his own kids and there should not be any parity towards the children.
Spiritual guru:-The purpose of our life does not end with earning, eating,begetting children,and living a comfortable life, there is something beyond this.Duties must be fulfilled but at the same time we have to search the way to realize the all powerful Almighty and steps to be taken to reach HIM.That should be our ultimate goal.For getting liberated from the shackles of birth and death, to attain the supreme bliss by emancipating from the world one should find a suitable Guru. there are two ways to reach Guru,you can go in search,or if you are fortunate the Guru himself will come to you. Gu means darkness,ru means remover or allevator. A guru may be your friend ,neighbor, or relative or some times may be your boss.Guru is not a physical form,Guru is energy, the medium through which knowledge flows to his shishyas or disciple.He is not someone who does sweet talk or arbitrary promises to gain your support.A true Guru needs nothing from you to elevate yourself;it is you who needs him.A guru should be a Guru who shows your true self and helps you to elevate yourself. Sri Ramakrishna accepted even a drunkard Grish as his disciple and Mother Sri Sarada called the thief as her father.They embraced both good and wicked as their own.Sri Ramakrishna never touched money.That the sign of a true Guru.HE must be of impeccable character,free from all vices with phynominal energy.In short a teacher is one who is committed to to his act of teaching with a service mind to uplift his disciple or students to go up in life. He must motivate with his inspiring speech.
